Nevada Drought Monitor

The Nevada Drought monitor is a subset of the United States Monitor, issued every Thursday morning, based on drought conditions the previous Tuesday. The map below shows the current drought level around the state, and the percent of Nevada land area in each drought level compared to the previous week.

RIVER FROM SOUTHWEST OF BARSTOW...EAST INTO THE MOJAVE RIVER SINK
NEAR BAKER.

ROADS IN THE AREA THAT CROSS THROUGH THE RIVER BOTTOM WILL REMAIN
CLOSED UNTIL THE RIVER RECEDES.

NO OTHER IMPACTS ARE EXPECTED.
