Pictures from Ice Storm, January 29, 2005
These pictures were taken in my Lawrenceville, Georgia neighborhood during the ice storm.
This picture shows icing on the branches of a dogwood tree in the front yard. At this point, it looks like there is less than 1/4 inch of ice.
Much of the overnight precipitation was in the form of sleet, sticking to roads and grass.
Freezing rain sticks tothe leaves of this rhododendron in the back yard.
